About Me

Hello, my name is Bryce Do. I am studying Aerospace Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. I am the current Flight Test Lead for my school's AIAA Design/Build/Fly team. During my free time I enjoy designing, building, and repairing anything ranging from timepieces to unmanned aircraft! 

How It All Started

As a kid I was fortunate enough to have a grandfather passionate about the aviation industry. He would take me to the Pearl Harbor Air Museum every time I visited him. When I was old enough, he taught me how to make balsa wood and tissue model aircraft. Ever since then I had a drive to design and build them myself. Throughout the years I have taught myself the necessary skills for building a variety of devices. While building unmanned aircraft was my main objective, I would occasionally get side tracked into other projects. Some examples of this are building tesla coils capable of one million volt discharges, or restoring time pieces from over thirty years ago.  Please look through my personal and research projects to see what I've worked on over the past 10 years..
